I like the bags a lot. They work well other than the occasional problem iwth them getting up against the shaft in the pastuerizer. There are two things I wish they would change: 1) It would be nice if the lids came on the bags instead of in a seperate package. I am always concerned about some dirt, flys, etc... getting into the bags prior to use. 2) I wish the bags could be feasably purchased by themselves instead of in the kit. But overall a good product.
